We are able to do insurance work and it is at the customers discretion because they have the right to choose where they have their vehicles repaired. There are often long waiting times for insurance approved repairers so as an independent company we are often more efficient without sacrificing the quality of work that the customer receives. We aim to provide a service that is focused on what is best for the customer- not the insurance company.

Once the customer has set up the claim and come in for an estimate we do everything else so that customers feel supported in the process. We are able to turn work around quicker so that customer’s vehicles are off the road for a minimal time. We also fully guarantee our work for 3 years and can provide customers with a courtesy car whilst their repairs are being done.
